Brief bio Erisbelia Garriga

A native of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, she has published three cookbooks: Homestyle Puerto Rican Cooking (2004), Sabrosuras Boricuas (2006), and the 2nd edition of Homestyle Puerto Rican Cooking (2009). Presently, she is working on a vegetarian cookbook, which she hopes to see finished by next year. In so doing, she helps promote Puerto Rico´s rich culinary tradition.

 

Breve biografía de Erisbelia Garriga Nació en Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.

Ha publicado tres libros de cocina-Homestyle Puerto Rican Cooking (2004), Sabrosuras Boricuas (2006), y la segunda edición de Homestyle Puerto Rican Cooking (2009). Actualmente está trabajando en un libro vegetariano, el que espera esté en las manos de nuestros lectores para el próximo año. A través de sus libros, continúa promoviendo la cocina tradicional puertorriqueña.
